As a New York Life Agent and Registered Representative, Jay managed his own financial services practice for seven years. Having learned financial planning, investments, insurance practices, sales and recruiting from one of America's Fortune 100 companies, Jay now translates this knowledge into easy to implement strategies for success amongst all of today's workplace generations.

Jay served as Director of Marketing and Government Affairs for Kelco International Financial Services. Here, Jay led and inspired his staff to create and implement state of the art communications programs, targeted marketing and public relations campaigns, and e-technology products.

Jay has worked with national, state and local political representatives on a variety of projects requiring his special gifts of communication, insight and understanding across the generational divide.
