gray cloudy sky in the middle of Cleveland winter.

Spiritual Officer for the Archer and Associates Speakers Bureau/Consulting
Firm, Ron has over 15 years experience teaching, coaching and sharing his
9 principles of Dunamis Leadership for world leaders in profit and
non-profit organizations in over 30 countries.

Luther King, Jr. of the business world because of his sharp intellect and
electrifying speaking style that leaves his audiences spiritually,
intellectually and emotionally transformed.
He is a proud father of four children,
Cedric, Jason, Christopher and Ashley and the proud owner of three dogs.
His wife Cynthia is the President and CEO of Archer and Associates and

Reserve University.
His new book,
"Dunamis: Transcendent Leadership Power for the 21st Century" is the work
of his life and has received acclaim from Australia to Air Force One.
